Preventing a problem is much less costly and time-consuming than curing one once it has developed. An effective maintenance program, including regular inspections and the necessary follow-up care of mulching, fertilizing, and pruning, can detect problems and correct them before they become damaging or fatal. Considering that many tree species can live as long as 200 to 300 years, including these practices when caring for your home landscape is an investment that will offer enjoyment and value for generations.

 

Round 1 (January Through March)

  • Dormant oil spray along with foliar feeding to all plants. Application will eliminate any overwintering insect eggs while the micronutrients will improve color

  • Insect and disease spray along with foliar feeding to all plants. Application will help control insects or diseases while micronutrients will improve color

Round 3 (May Through July)

Round 4 (July Through September)

  • Insect and disease spray along with foliar feeding to all plants. Application will help control insects or diseases while micronutrients will improve color

Round 5 (September Through November)

  • Insect and disease spray along with foliar feeding to all plants. Application will help control insects or diseases while micronutrients will improve color

Round 6 (October Through November)

  • Annual deep root fertilization to all trees and shrubs. Application provides feeding that will last up to one year promoting better color, growth, and bloom potential
